The owners of a 1970s CBS block ranch home wanted their closed-off kitchen to open into the dining and living rooms without losing the load-bearing wall they'd been told they were stuck with. Our design-build team engineered a structural beam solution during the estimating phase, so the final price never moved once construction started.

We removed the dividing wall, relocated plumbing for a new island, and matched the home's existing terrazzo transitions so the new layout reads as original to the house.

A Delray Beach family wanted their aging screened lanai replaced with a true outdoor living space — a covered kitchen, a shaded lounge area, and a pool deck resurfaced to match. We handled feasibility, structural engineering, and permitting through the county's wind-load requirements, then rebuilt the enclosure while keeping the pool usable through most of construction.

The finished space includes a built-in grill station, a paver deck rated for the area's storm codes, and a shade structure that ties visually into the home's roofline.

This Lake Worth Beach block home needed a full mechanical and electrical overhaul along with updated windows rated for the area's wind zone. We sequenced the renovation room by room so the owners could stay in part of the house through most of construction.

New wiring, plumbing, and impact-rated windows went in throughout, and we opened the kitchen and living areas into one connected space that suits how the family actually uses the house.
